2012 Registration information

To register you must:

Complete a Forest Rugby registration form - one for each child ( Click here for a form)

All players must read the Code of Conduct and sign this form indicating they understand the Code of Conduct.

Registrations can be completed 3 ways:

Registration days will be held at Forestville & Forestway Shops

Saturday 4th February

Saturday 11th February

8:30am until 12:30pm

Try Rugby starts 24th Feb for 4 weeks on Friday Nights from 6.00pm. (for 5 to 12 year olds)

Parents who pay online from the link below, MUST ALSO COMPLETE one of the Registration Forms for ARU insurance purposes. This form can be emailed out to you already completed for all existing registered players.

Paying Registration Fees online and fax your forms through. To pay your fees online click on the online payment page of this web site and follow the prompts.
