Senior Grade Training commenced Tuesday 31st January 2012 at Melwood Oval Forestville at 6.30pm

Every Tuesday and Thursday from 6.30pm from now until season end.

Team training Thursday Nights is a must!

Chris Ching wins Barraclough Medal

Forest Rugby 1st Grade Captain Chris Ching was awarded the Barraclough Medal at the NSW Suburban Rugby Union Awards Night held at the Marriot Hotel on Friday Night 7th October.

The Barraclough Medal  is awarded to the Best Player in Division 2 after 18 rounds of competition.
